How do I delete my account?

How do I cancel my subscription?

I bought Pro on iOS — does it work on Android?

App Store and Google Play subscriptions are separate. To use Pro on a different platform, you'd need to subscribe there. Contact us if this is a hardship — we'll work it out.

I lost my data when I reinstalled.

If you used the app anonymously without linking an email, sessions are tied to that install. To prevent this, link an email under Settings → Account.

Why does it ask for notification permission?

Only if you turn on Race reminders. We use it to schedule a daily nudge for your top task. We never send marketing notifications.

I requested an OTP code but didn't get it.

Check spam. The sender is auth@msg.utenx.com. Codes expire in 10 minutes. If still nothing, email us with your email address and approximate request time.
