Delete your account

You can delete your Priorself account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. From the app (fastest)

1. Open Priorself.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Scroll to Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm.

2. By email

Send a request to privacy@priorself.com from the email address attached to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". We'll process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your user account and email.
• All recorded sessions, run history, streaks, and stats.
• Your saved templates and preferences.
• Your authentication tokens.
• Linked subscription metadata (the App Store / Play Store subscription itself must be cancelled separately in your device's account settings).

What's retained

• Anonymized crash reports and aggregate analytics — these contain no personal identifiers and cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
• Records required for tax, legal, or fraud prevention purposes (e.g., subscription receipts), retained per Apple / Google requirements.

Cancel a subscription

Deleting your account does NOT cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it directly:

• iOS: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → Priorself → Cancel.
• Android: Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Priorself → Cancel.
